Tiny CFO empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses owners to build financially robust companies - ones that don't just stick around, but thrive, create awesome jobs and make a positive difference in the world. We do this by translating complex corporate finance and business strategy topics into jargon-free, easy-to-understand and actionable content that founders can use to strengthen their businesses.
Tiny CFO started as a blog in July 2020, when finance and strategy consultant and former investor Jana Kovacovska found herself repeatedly asked the same things by her entrepreneur friends. How do I make sure I don't run out of cash? How do I price this new product? How do I know if I can afford to hire? When she couldn't provide them with resources that explained these answers clearly enough, she decided to make her own.

Jana is a passionate supporter of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity. She thinks most things are best explained through stories and metaphors that people can relate to, including finance.
